ANDE-BRASIL has been acknowledged by the Federal Government and certified as a Federal Public Convenience Entity, since November, 1992, as
documented on page 16.070, Section I, on the edit from November, 20, 1992.
Also acknowledged as a Public Convenience Entity of the Federal District of Brazil, since May, 1999, as documented on the edit n#20.279 and
on the n#101, page 10.
ANDE-BRASIL has been registred on Federal and local Government Departments, such as:
The National Council of Social Assistance;
The Federal District Council of Social Assistance;
The Federal District Council for the Rights of Children and Adolecents;
The Federal District Region Council of Medicine;
The Federal District Secretary for the Social Development and Comunitary Actions;
The National Anti- Drug Secretary (SENAD)of the Federal Department of Justice of Brazil.
ANDE-BRASIL is a technical consultant for the Brazilian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.
It is also a full member of the International Federation of Riding for the Disabled International, FRDI, which is
located in Bruxels, Belgium.
