BRASIL,was
founded
on
May
10,
1989.
It
is
a
civil
Organization,
also
a
philanthropic,
assistancial,
therapeutical,
educational,
environmental
and
sportive
character,
with
non-
profitable
objectives.
It
has
a
legal
personality
of
private
rights,
for
unlimited
continuance
and
action
over
the
whole
National
Territory.
One
of
the
most
important
achievements
of
ANDE-
BRASIL
was
the
recognition
of
its
method:
Equoterapia
(Equotherapy),
as
a
therapeutic
method
by
the
Brazilian
Federal
Council
of
Medicine,
in
the
year
of
1997,
in
the
way
it
has
been
proclaimed
by
this
association.
Up
to
now,
ANDE-
BRASIL
congregates
about
226
centers
of
equotherapy.
Through
the
numerous
Basic
Courses
of
Equoterapia
held
by
ANDE-
BRASIL,
there
have
been
prepaired
to
perform
on
the
equotherapy
field,
over
3000
professionals
from
various
areas
of
study,
from
all
over
the
Country
of
Brazil.
