 At the FRDI´s meeting in 2003, during the congress at Budapest, it was decided that the XII International Congress would be held in Brazil, in 2006. ANDE´s proposition over the location for the congress being the city of Brasilia was accepted and also the period from 9 to 12 of August 2006 was approved. The theme for the next Congress was decided to be: CONTACT BETWEEN FRIENDS.
The Convention Center Ulisses Guimarães is one of the most modern facilities in Brazil, being able to receive up to 1000 people, confortably and simultaneously. Located in 54,000m² area, it is also the bigger center of events in the Country. All of this, situed five minutes from the Federal and local Governments places.
